At The Territory Ahead, I worked as the E-Commerce Design Manager, in charge of all art direction, creative, front-end development and production related to the website. I designed the e-commerce website and all email campaigns, and also worked with a team of developers to handle ongoing site refinements.
Some of the larger Product/UX projects I worked on included:
- Led User Experience and Design changes/improvements for a revised checkout flow in Q4 of 2007.
- Created a new product viewer and product shopping flow in 2008 that was a huge usability improvement from the previous product viewing experience. New design also increased time spent on “zoomed-in view,” increased conversion and improved SEO. (screenshots to be uploaded soon)
- Led a big UI unification project to have UI be more consistent and support proper hierarchy of user actions on a page and across the site.
- Partnered with Director of E-commerce and Product Managers and Development team at Cornerstone on creating a more flexible and iterative development process, that let us be more agile with site development and changes.
